SYNkinase: Your first choice for small molecule inhibitors

FAQs

Q: Who are your suppliers?
A: We are. At SYNkinase, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality product possible. To guarantee this, we make and test everything we sell ourselves. Unlike other suppliers, quality control testing is done in-house, by our chemists, on every batch. All our QA / QC documents are available for download.

Q: What are your shipping times?
A: We know your time is important. That’s why we make every effort to get all our orders to their destination as quickly as possible using Fed-Ex and DHL couriers. World-wide shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For more information on shipping times and charges, please see our detailed Shipping Information page.

Q: Where are you based?
A: Crikey! SYNkinase is based in Melbourne, Australia. We also have offices in Cambridge (UK), San Diego (US) and Shanghai (China).

Q: I have a great idea for a Kinase Inhibitor you don’t have yet. Can you make it?
A: Absolutely. If you want a product we do not currently manufacture, please fill out a request on the Contact Us page and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible with more information.

Q: What currencies do you accept?
A: SYNkinase currently accepts Australian dollars (AUD) and US dollars (USD).

Q: Is it safe to order online?
A: We realize you might be wary of making credit card transactions online. Our web server is equipped with data encryption technology that enables anyone to automatically send and receive data from our server in secure, encrypted form. Industry-standard "SSL" security protocol is utilized to encrypt all information. To deliver the world's highest level of trust, we employ GeoTrust, who authenticates our organization, enabling end users to verify our site and communicate to us via state-of-the-art SSL encryption. This protects confidential information - such as credit card numbers, online forms, and financial data - from interception and hacking. Please note either the locked icons at the bottom of your browser or a web address of beginning with "https" as a signal of SSL encryption for any information that you send us. In the event that you may still be uncomfortable placing an online order, please contact us.
